I am pretty picky about coffee. I see a lot of people rate coffee shops as excellent then I try the coffee and it tastes like watered down, cool coffee. Not the French Roast pour over at Proving Grounds! It's bold, and I LOVE it!! I won't pay coffee shop prices for coffee I don't LOVE, and I have been to Proving Grounds twice this week. The atmosphere and staff are 5 star as well.

Latte’s are sooooo good and they have plant based milk’s = huge plus for me! Love the atmosphere and there’s a play place for kids so I was able to catch up with a friend have coffee while the kids played. Couldn’t love this place more!!!!
